Kevin Gnapoor, Lontong,Big Apple and Sup Daging

What's with the tajuk la dey... =p

Well, my niece, Aleen wanted so much to makan the ever famous Lontong Klang yang terletak di seksyen 7 Shah Alam, so she planned to come to Shah Alam and we can go eat there ramai ramai. Ok, Plan dah jadi nak datang Shah Alam, but, one more thing, mengikut kata pak cik yang menjual lontong tu, availability of lontong is limited, kalau during weekends, pukul 11, Lontong is already non-exist. Aleen pulak, can only come tengahari plus i have to attend my childhood fren's wedding. So, Aleen's ever baik hati aunt (ehemm...ehemm...) pun pergi ke kedai Lontong Klang pada pukul 9 pagi dan tapau 7 Lontong so that, Aleen, masih sempat merasa Lontong yang dia nak sangat makan tuu...

after that, I went to pick up my parents from here and we went to my childhood friend's wedding ( will post about this after this)

So, after the wedding, balik ke shah alam and Aleen pun dah nak arrive. She Called me to pick me up so that we can pick Amir from UiTM. Amir the Cambridge boy is helping out his friend yang akan mewakili UiTM ke Maths Olympiad ( Mathletes). Oh ya, Amir is my cousin whose just got back from UK for his 2 months break.

While picking him up, Aleen and her sister mentioned about the resemblance of Amir and Kevin Gnapoor. Actually, when Amir told me the other night about him helping his friend in the Maths Olympiad, the first thing that appear in my head is Kevin G. And the same goes to Aleen. She also had the same guy in her head. he..he..he.. WHo's Kevin Gnapoor? ( .....What's up.....) he..he...he...Basically, sapa yang dah tgk Mean Girls(2004) akan tau la siapa Kevin G ni. Bukan lah 100% sama cuma bab Mathletes , skin colour, hair and looks skit je but we sure does had good time teasing Amir.

Back to the Lontong story, Akhirnya, Aleen dapat lah makan Lontong Klang tu di rumah Aunty Yurve dia.. I totally forgot to take photos that day. The Pakcik Lontong was so generous to give us banyak giler sotong dalam sambal sotong tu. PLus, everyone kekenyangan makan lontong yang kuahnya mcm 100% santan pekat...aduhhh.. mana la benda alah tu tak jadi sedap kan.... =)

So while the Lontong is digesting inside our tummy, we showed Amir who Kevin G really is. So we watched Mean Girls for a while before watching those funny stuff on you tube and the one that farhan downloaded before. Then I introduce them to CHi which they find it addictive. Dalam masa sekejap tu, kami cover like 15 episode of Chi's Sweet Home.

After Maghrib, well after isyak actually coz the Chii's and You tube's craze doesn't end that easy...., we went out to merambu.Sebenarnya we wanna go lepak at Big Apple Donuts. Ada new outlet at SACC Mall. After getting donuts, rasa mcm malas lepak kat kedai so decided balik rumah Amir to look at his photos which is still in his camera... Pecah rekod, setahun lamannya dia tak upload gambar dia dari camera..Busy benar mamat ni.. Nama pun Medic Student... Langkah kanan di rumah Amir, it's Opah's birthday !!!! Aunty Ana,Mak Su yet ( Amir's mom and aunt) and Opah cooked SUp daging and pulut kuning with rendang. Orang yang paling gembira ialah dua orang yang baru balik dari overseas ni lah.... saya dan Amir !!! MAKAN lagi.... Aunty ana always masak sup daging/tulang during raya coz rumah aunt yang lain dah makan lemang and sort while my house , my mom will masak nasi kacang. So since both of us missed raya in Malaysia, we makan lah...Azrul and Imran ( 2 of my cousins) joined us in Amir's house. While bersembang, aunty ana sempatlah mengajar how to prepare the sup coz katanya, nanti kat adelaide, boleh la masak sup tu. Daging lembu Aussie kan sedap. ( yeah, aunty ana knows coz she spent her student days with my uncle in Monash Uni.)

After the sup daging, pulut kuning and rendang, Aleen took out the donut.. Boy !!! we've been eating non-stop !!! Not just that, before the soup, semua orang dok melantak makan Kurma Najwa ( kurma nabi). Aunty ana and Cica Hassan which is Amir's parents just got back from Umrah.. makin seronok when each time after makan, kita cari the alif lam lam ha kat biji kurma tu. Dah jumpa, makan lagi coz nak tgk lagi he...he...he....

We then call it a night at nearly 12.30 am which is no longer a night he..he... Aleen and Azura nak balik ke ampang which is super jauh form Shah ALam.I should have asked them to stay a night at my place but i lupa. We had too much fun catching up and laughing.

Well, Aleen is planning to come to Shah Alam again this week. Cool !!!

Me on the other hand is leaving on sunday.
