All of a sudden, teringat kat
which is the Lepak/Makan port masa MBA dulu..
Kalau bukak mulut je,
"Korang, nak gi mana makan?"
"ANi SUp!"

Classmates MBA during first sem tak ramai sangat about 15 of us, so everytime kalau nak pi lunch, panjang je konvoinya mcm rombongan meminang ke Ani Sup Utara section 2 ( ada gak kat section 7 and 9 but becoz section 9 punya susah cari parking and section 7 tak best).
During MBA, we spent like 24 / 7 kat uitm becoz, projects bnyak sangat, even on SUnday pun pi UiTM gak siapkan kerja. Plus, the requirement of the projects pulak sangat lah detail. Mana nak kejar homework lagi masa tu.. Paling stress masa Manangement Accounting Dr Zu. kami smua duduk ramai ramai dalam class during sabtu or ahad and work all the soalan-soalan text book, Malek akan pasang surah Yaasin, bila dah dapat answer, by groups, nak kena buat dalam excel pulak for presentation. Those were the days... Me, Pia and Malek...
Bila habis discussion and study sama sama, Ani Sup Utara la jadi tujuan nak isi perut, I think, the price is affordable that's why kami ayik makan kat situ je kot, plus, sedap pun ya gak....

Masa tu, the whole class pun suka makan kat sini. sikit sikit, Ani sup.... Yeah, the sup is kinda sedap.. Moi sup dgn telur masin and sambal.. aduhaiii.....layann...
And then, come semester two, where our class di combinekan dgn next class becoz my 15 classmates dah tinggal 7. The other 7, ada yang masuk PtD, ada yang bukak business sendiri, ada gak yang tak make through. So, tradisi konvoi pi makan dah mula hilang walaupun dok pi jugak makan after class or discussions.
The place was kinda special i guess, tapi tak tahu lah kenapa kan? and I think the funniest moment was when, me, Pia and Baya decided to use Ani Sup utara as our Subject for Dr Noni's Operation Management Subject. Habis kena gelak dgn classmates yang lain. Die hard fan lah kononya kami ni... hehehehe.....
Kaji pasal value chain, and segala aspect lagi la ikut OPM punya chapters... Habis, the central Dapur of Ani Sup kat section 10 tu kami redah. Pi Interview Mak Cik ANi tu ( ani tu nama mak cik tu la...) yang buat rempah sup sendiri every day.
Tgk the process one by one, and how the sup extract is being pack and sent to each cawangan. and from the central dapur, all the bahan bahan like , mee, nasi, timun etc di hantar ke cawangan. Jadinya kat cawangan tu tak de la massive sangat kegiatan masak memasaknya.Cuma bancuh sup ikut piawaian and get ready for customers' order. Berminggu jugak kita ulang alik ani sup, ambik gambar, ambik video, interview the pengurus lah, makan free, etc.
sampai lah hari nak present the project. Each and every classmate balik rumah dgn satu set meehon sup ani sup utara. hehehehe... The group presenting after us, which is Abg K, Kak Ai and Kak Mas punya group, did on SUBWAY, one of the classmate boleh tanya, "Tadi ani sup utara dapat meehoon sup, ni SUBWAY, tak dapat Subway sandwhich ke?" kihkihkih..... Dr Noni pun gelak je...
That was 2 years ago and now, ANi SUp Utara pun dah makin maju, interior kedai pun dah ada konsep santai yang relax and modern compared to masa kami slalu lepak dulu.
And its great to hear that they are going abroad.
