Raya Preparation

reading about my fellow bloggers post lately, its about their raya preparation, the married ones mostly.. dgn baju anak anak, baju laki, baju sendiri, kuih raya.. hehehe...

So, what about me? hehehe.. Keep on reading please..

Baju Raya, okay, no baju raya baru this year, recycling last 3 years' baju raya. But kinda contemplating on wearing it on Raya day it self or during the raya celebration in the park in the weekend hehe.. We will see first lah how.

Handbag raya, No handbang baru although i really want one. yeah selepas idaman hati sold out.. new collection pulak mcm kurang menarik hati. so, nak tak nak pakai je lah sling bag nine west yang setia kemana mana, even ke China hehehe..

Kasut Raya, No kasut raya... Because raya will be in early spring, and it's too early to tell how the weather could be, if its too cold, then Rivers ankle boots it is , if the weather is fine, then i'll wear my Snowfly lacey trimming heels i invested in back in 2008. Bukan heels teruk sangat, satu inchi je.. and the only time i wore it was during my Faculty Postgrad Orientation Program. Tu pun rasa mcm nak nangis pakai.. walking from townhouse 29 ( my hse then..) to faculty (imagine, naik bukit, turun bukit, pastu naik tangga, tangga lagi,  tangga lagi sampai ke puncak bukit..) Lepas tu, kasut tu duduk dalam kotak balik la..so if weather permits, then i can wear them again... i guess i am kinda used to wearing my Reebok, crocs Nadia and Rivers boots ( for winter) and my Bonita's ( grey and purple ( hari ini dalam sejarah ada kasut kaler purple hehehe)..) that it is hard to get use to wearing heels again, I wonder mcm na nak start kerja nanti..

Cookies Raya, Macammana nak buat kuih raya kalau nak masak utk berbuka pun terkejar kejar ? hehehe i am kinda waiting for my popia simpul and kuih bawang from Malaysia. Since i kinda dun have anyone else, i ask my mom and dad for a favour to pack and send those stuff to me :) way to go Mom and Dad !!!

Apa lagi ya..  oh, nothing much for raya, being here, in a foreign land, makes you realized that raya is actually so much more than baju raya, handbag kasut raya,  sibuk berkuih raya, rendang segala...  it is more than that, it teaches you valuable lesson in life. mcm organization behavior dah.. hehehe

anyway, Selamat beribadah di malam malam terakhir bersama Ramadhan....
