Chillies

Finally !!!! today i took the effort to make my Chilli Blend. Phewww... 3 Packet terus i rebus in Suzie's stock pot. and then blend them, and then cook them again till they are not that watery anymore.. Phewww such an effort you know...

The chillies are not that smooth coz my blender here is and old National blender, specially flown form Malaysia, given to me by Kak Lin Abg Man. It used to be good, but now its deteriorating. And blender Aussie pulak, tak cukup power . Ahh well, janji i have the chillies hehehe

Made them in two batches. One batch just the chillies and water, blend them and cook them. Second batch, i added some olive oil and blen them and cook them. sesuka hati je kan...

So, i can now cook my bekalan utk masa hadapan...
